There is one co-worker that you should be able to find under the Relationships/Coworkers group. You will be asked to interact with a co-worker. Unfortunately, there is a Work from Home "glitch" that has been there since 2016 (based on my research). If you have Sims 4's City Living expansion pack, and you select the Social Media Careers so that you can work from the office or home options, it's an easy career with little time or effort.
